Alessandro Spadari was born in 1969 in Milan, lives and works in Milan and Principessa (Al). Son of art, he graduated in scenography from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, where he taught as a painting assistant from 2008 to 2011. He works with many galleries in Italy and abroad.
Numerous personal shows presented in recent years. In 2001 “Petrolio” at the Galleria Ragno in Milan, “Journey at the end of the night” presented both in Milan and at the Castle of Belgioioso (Pavia), “Generations” at the Museum of Contemporary Art and Information in Senigallia. In 2003 he presented “Travel notes” at the Spazio Obraz in Milan. In 2004 he set up his solo show “Terre emerged” in the Zavattarello Castle (Pavia) and “Tele-Vision” at the “Vita Vita” in Milan. In 2005 he exhibited “… in the lost water” at the Galleria delle Battaglie in Brescia and New proposal. at the Carzaniga Gallery in Basel.
In 2006 with “Viaggio in Italia” at the Spirale gallery in Verona and Pietrasanta: Also in 2006, “Della natura.il Sin” at the Galleria Costantini in Milan followed by “A measure of the landscape” at Villa Banfi di Carnate. 2007 opens with the exhibition “White metaphysical” at the Rosso27 gallery in Rome, “Acqua di stelle” at the Factory gallery in Modena and “Sehnsucht” at the Galleria Arte e Altro in Gattinara. In 2008 he presented “True colors” at the Spirale gallery in Monza. In 2009 “Opus Incertum” by Valerio Deho at the Battles Gallery in Brescia.
Variations on the theme of the landscape ”edited by Maurio Giufrè at the Terme di Saint Vincent. In 2010 he presented “Riflessioni 2010, at the Torre di San Mauro, in Almese (To). In 2011 the municipality of Buccinasco presented it with a major exhibition “Oltre. Il Paesaggio ”in the rooms of the, Cascina Robbiolo, and still exhibits in Basel at the Carzaniga Gallery in“ Dialoge ”. In 2012 he returned to Milan with the “Big Bang” exhibition, at the Spaziosolferino Gallery. In Rome he presents “Odyssey”, at the red gallery twenty-seven. In 2014 he presented Passaggi.paesaggi at the Hernandez Gallery in Milan, curated by Luigi Pedrazzi. He won the 1st prize in the national painting competition Paolo Parati di Vittuone, the youth prize at the XXV city of Sulmona prize, and in 2005 the 1st prize at the tenth edition of the Morlotti prize in Imbersago.
After many group shows in the HQ space of Mario Giusti in Milan, in 2017, he presented his new work in the personal show “Call me Ismaele”, this project-exhibition continues in the exhibition at Spazio Heart curated by Simona Bartolena in Vimercate (MB). Also in 2017 he presented “Nennt mich Ismael” at the Westend Galerie in Frankfurt.
