Raúl Felipe Peñalver, born in Caracas, the Italo-Venezuelan citizen. Bachelor’s and master’s degree in philosophy.
His artistic career began in 1975. It realizes several courses on art and until he showed his artistic works in collective and individual exhibitions in Venezuela, the United States and Japan.

Associated with the Circulo de Dibujo from 1999 , the Venezuelan association of plastic artists AVAP and the Venezuelan society of visual arts, SVAV. Represented in museums, public and private institutions.
